The Advocacy Agenda of People Living with NCDs is a powerful tool, uniting the voices of people living with NCDs from 76 countries in calling for action on NCDs.

Drawing from the experience of building the global Advocacy Agenda and subsequent national Advocacy Agendas, the first regional Advocacy Agenda of People Living with NCDs was developed for the Africa region in 2022-2023. This was led by people living with NCDs from across the Africa region and coordinated by the Africa NCDs Network (ANN).

The Africa Regional Advocacy Agenda of People Living with NCDs seeks to amplify the voices of millions in Africa. It is intended to be leveraged as a key resource in the operationalisation of meaningful involvement and regional efforts to strengthen the NCD response through collaboration with regional bodies, WHO and Africa CDC, and their related strategic goals.
